A great way to learn how to get the most out of Tree-Me is to do the following:
1. Add yourself
2. Add your parents
3. Add a spouse of you have one
4. Add your brothers and sisters
5. Add any children you have
6. Load some pictures
7. Links the faces in the picture to the people in the tree
8. Choose and pretty style that you like
9. Give your chart a title
10. Print your chart and share it with someone
11. Extend your tree.
12. Draw a tree for a friend.

Can I import my data from another application?
Yes. The other application will need to generate a GEDCOM file which can then be imported. -
Can I create a Tree for a friend?
Yes. You can create multiple trees. -
How should I protect my tree?
It is recommended to regularly backup your tree to a cloud storage provider so that in the event your device is lost or otherwise unavailable you will be able to recover your tree. -
Can I show multiple marriages each with their own children?
Yes. This is a major design priority to show the structure of blended families in a clear and easy to follow way. -
Can I add adopted parents and biological parents?
Yes. You can right click the add button and choose adoptive parents. Left click will choose the first option which is to add biological parents. -
Do you support same gender couples?
Yes. You can change the gender of either partner in a relationship. -
Can I show different details of the person on a chart?
Yes. You can edit a style and select what information is shown on most text items. There are some preset styles which show examples of this. -
Can I download data from Family Search?
Currently no, but downloading and uploading data is coming soon.
